Classic Free Range Ground Beef Tacos

Ingredients List & Amounts
 1 lb Meridian 100% Grass Fed Ground Beef
 1 tsp salt
 1 tbsp chili powder
 1 tsp ground cumin
 ½ tsp smoked paprika
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp onion powder
 ¼ tsp dried oregano
 1 tbsp olive oil
 12 taco shells
Optional ingredients
 1 bunch of cilantro
 23 vine-ripened tomatoes
 shredded lettuce
 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
 guacamole
 salsa
 sour cream
 12 jalapeños
 1 lime (lime juice)
 hot sauce
Preparation & Cooking Directions

Mix together in a large bowl: ground beef, salt, chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add the olive oil. Add the ground beef mixture and break up the meat into smaller chunks.

Cook the beef by stirring occasionally until the beef is completely browned (approx. 8 to 10 minutes). Drain and discard any excess grease. Remove from heat and cover to keep warm until ready to serve.

Fill each taco shell with ground beef and assemble tacos with toppings such as shredded lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, jalapenos, cilantro, lime juice and hot sauce.
