They’re easy to cook and uber-easy to carve – All the bones are removed, so you’re literally just slicing and serving.

We’ve got different roasts for different hosts…  custom options to suit you and your Christmas crowd!

Boneless Turkey Roasts are made with your choice of turkey meat.  We prepare Boneless Turkey Breast and Thigh Roasts for those who prefer the traditional combination of both light and dark meat. For white meat lovers we offer Boneless Turkey Breast Roasts (all breast meat!).  And if everyone in the holiday brood fights over the dark meat, we make Boneless ‘all-dark-meat’ Turkey Thigh Roasts.

Rolled Turducken Breast Roasts

Made fresh in store by our butchers – We debone a fresh turkey breast, duck breast and chicken breast, then roll them together with layers of seasoned dressing.  Easy to cook, easy to carve and it’s ideal for smaller gatherings.  Turducken Breast Roasts range in size from 4-5 lbs and serve approx 6-8 people.

How do I cook it?

Oven roast your turducken the same way you’d cook a turkey! We recommend you roast it uncovered at 450 degrees F for the first 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F for the duration. The turducken breast roast should take approximately 2 hours to cook.

*Important: Ensure the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F.

Hi,
I just picked up a 4 pound (1.9 kg) herb stuffed turkey breasts for Christmas from your North Vancouver Store. What are the cooking instructions for this in the oven? Also, does it need to be turned over during cooking?
Alternatively, if I wanted to cook the stuffed turkey breast in a Slow Cooker instead what would the cooking instruction be for that?

Happy Holidays!
Phaedra

Hi Phaedra,
Thank you for ordering your stuffed turkey breast roast from us.
Our suggestion for cooking the turkey breast roasts is to bake at 325F for 45-65 minutes per kg. For a 4 pound roast this would be for roughly 1.5 to 2 hours. The best way to ensure that your turkey breast roast is cooked is to ensure that the internal temperature reaches 180F. We highly recommend oven baking as we find this ensures a juicy turkey breast with a crispy outer skin. We did find a link online for slow cooked turkey breast roast at http://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/stuffed_roast_turkey_breast/. We hope this is helpful.

Merry Christmas Phaedra!
