Ingredients You'll Need
- 1/4 Cup Butter, room temperature
- 1/2 Cup Blue Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Basil
- Pepper to Taste
- 3 Garlic Cloves
Directions
- Finely chop basil into small pieces
- Mince garlic cloves
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl
- Cut a large piece of saran wrap into a rectangle
- Spread mixture out on saran wrap and roll into a cylinder, twisting ends; wrap airtight
- Freeze until solid
- When ready to use, top each steak with a generous amount of butter mixture or try the mixture tossed with hot cooked vegetables
