Directions: for 4 (8 oz) servings: Mix 1 Tbsp. of rub with 2 tbsp. of oil.

Baste on food just prior to cooking.

Bake, BBQ or saute to your liking. Great on chicken, ribs, pork chops, white fish, squash, sweet potatoes, and yams.

Add to soups, egg salad and tofu for a hint of curry!

Meridian Fish Rub

Recipe 1: Mix 1 tbsp. of rub with 1 Tbsp of oil.

Baste on food just prior to cooking. Bake or BBQ.

Recipe 2: Mix 1 Tbsp. of rub with 1 Tbsp. oil and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice.

Baste on food and sprinkle with brown sugar just prior to cooking. Bake or BBQ.
