5 cups peaches, peeled & sliced
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
4 tsp corn starch
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
a dash of salt
1 cup water
2 tbsp butter, sliced
2 cups flour
¼ cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
⅓ cup butter
⅔ cup milk

Whisk cornstarch, sugars, cinnamon and a dash of salt together in a saucepan.

Gradually add water and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.

Boil for 1 minute or until thickened.

Peel and slice peaches and toss with sauce.

Grease a baking pan and pour peaches and sauce into the pan.

Slice butter and dot peaches with butter.

In a food processor, add flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and butter, pulsing until combined.

Gradually add milk to food processor.

Spoon biscuit dough onto peach filling.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
