Local rhubarb season has arrived & this sweet & tangy recipe is the best way to celebrate!

Ingredients List & Amounts
 5  rhubarb stalks, washed & cut into 1" pieces 
 4 tbsp brown sugar
 3 tbsp maple syrup
 ½ cup ketchup
 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
 1 tsp dijon mustard
 2  chipotle chilies in adobo sauce, finely chopped
 1 tbsp garlic, minced 
 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
Preparation & Cooking Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and stir to combine

Place saucepan on medium heat and heat until bubbing

Reduce heat to low and simmer until rhubarb is softened, about 10-20 minutes

Puree sauce in a blender and season with salt and pepper to your liking

Allow sauce to completely cool

Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month
