Skinny Ambrosia Fruit Salad

Ambrosia salad

Ingredients You'll Need

  • 1 (20 oz) can of pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 cups green grapes
  • 1 cup strawberries, quartered and stems removed
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 can mandarin orange slices, drained
  • 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine all fruits in a large bowl and mix gently
  2. In a seperate bowl, combine Greek Yogurt, honey and vanilla, mixing well
  3. Gently fold Greek Yogurt Sauce into fruit salad
  4. Serve chilled
