Ingredients You'll Need
- 1 lb. shrimp, diced
- 8 ounces ground pork
- 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. ginger, freshly grated
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. mirin
- Salt and black pepper
- 36 2-inch wonton wrappers
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- soy sauce, for serving
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, pork, cabbage, green onions, ginger, sesame oil, mirin, salt and pepper
- Place wrappers on a work surface
- Spoon 1 tbsp. of the shrimp mixture into the center of each wrapper
- Rub edges of wrappers with water
- Fold dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape, pinching edges to seal
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- Add dumplings in a single layer and cook until golden & crisp
- Serve with soy sauce
