Ingredients You'll Need
- 1/4 lb. Meridian Double Smoked Bacon, Sliced
- 1/ Cup Celery, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 cup onion, finely diced
- 8 oz. cream cheese, diced
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 lb. Meridian premium shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. dry white wine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pinch of pepper
Directions
- Par boil cubed potatoes until el dente
- In a large stock pot saute bacon, celery, garlic and onions in margarine.
- Add cream cheese and milk; and stir over low heat until cream cheese is completely melted
- Add par boiled potatoes, shrimp, dry white wine and salt & pepper. Heat thorough, stirring occasionally and then serve
