The perfect offering for Mother's Day!
Make the egg bites (see our recipe), bacon and sausages, waffle sauce (see our recipe), and waffles.
Cut all fruit in the way you want them displayed. (For example, you can leave the strawberries, blueberries and grapes whole if you like, and then slice the bananas, and cut the kiwis into fun shapes.)
Here's where the art comes into play! Feel free to be creative!
Place round items, and small items or liquids in containers. For example, the granola, yogurt, waffle sauce, chocolate chips, and brie cheese.
Place your bigger items. For example, waffles or pancakes.
Place your next items that are less 'moldable'. For example, the sausages, bacon and egg bites. Keep height in mind for added texture to your board.
Next, fill your holes or gaps with flexible items. For example, the prosciutto.
Next place all of your fruit to add beauty and colour to your board. You should fill all the gaps with your fruit. Feel free to spread it along the board for colour (whereas you might want to keep the other items together in one group.)
