In just 30 minutes you’ll have tender & juicy pork with flavourful potatoes… and hardly any cleanup!
Heat grill to medium heat
In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, olive oil, rosemary, sage, parmesan and salt and pepper
Stir until well combined and completely covered
Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray
Lay pork tenderloin into the centre of the for land line the potatoes on each side
Fold up each side of the foil to create a packet
Place packet steam side up on the grill and cook for 30 minutes
Remove from grill and very carefully, open and check to make sure your pork has reached 160 degrees internal temperature
Garnish with additional herbs and parmesan if desired
