Frogurt Fruit Bark

The most natural fruity snack you'll make this summer!

 650 g Honey or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
 fresh, local fruit, diced(a mixture of different fruits and colours is best)
 fresh mint, roughly chopped
 pistachios, crushed

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pour yogurt on the parchment paper and use a spatula to spread evenly.

Top the yogurt with the chopped fruit.

Add mint to fill up the gaps.

Top with crushed pistachios.

Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 3 or more hours, until frozen solid.

Roughly chop into chunks before serving.
