- 200 Grams Meridian Crab Meat
- 2 Tsp. Cornstarch
- 1/8 Cup Cooking Wine or Chicken Broth
- 3/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Tsp. Prepared Horseradish
- 1/8 Tsp. Salt
- 1/8 Tsp. Pepper
Directions
- Cook steaks to your liking
- In a small saucepan, combine the cornstarch and wine or broth until smooth
- Stir in the cream, mustard, horseradish, salt and pepper
- Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened
- Stir in crab; heat through and serve over steaks
