½ cup Quinoa
1 cup Water
2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 pinch Salt & Pepper, to taste

Combine quinoa and water in a medium saucepan

Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low

Simmer until quinoa is tender, about 15 minutes
