Ingredients You'll Need
- 2 Cups Chicken Breast, cooked & shredded
- 1 Cup Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
- 4 Ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 Cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 2 Green Onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/3 Cup Blue Cheese, crumbled
- Carrots, Celery, Crackers, Bread, for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F and spray a cast iron skillet with non stick cooking spray
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder and onion powder
- Fold in the green onions, chicken, 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese, and half of blue cheese
- Pour the mixture into the skillet and to with remaining mozzarella
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden
- Remove from the oven, and top with the remaining blue cheese
- Serve while hot with carrots, celery, crackers or bread
