Big ‘N Fluffy Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients You'll Need

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 12 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Directions

  1. Whisk eggs, flour, and milk together really well in a bowl to make your batter
  2. Pour the batter into a serving jug or container you can easily pour the contents from
  3. Let batter sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before you use it
  4. Preheat oven to 450 F
  5. Turn your oven to the highest setting and place 12 cup muffin tray in the oven to heat up for 5 minutes
  6. Place 1 tbsp. of oil into each muffin hole and put the tray back into the oven
  7. Heat until oil is very hot and bubbling
  8. Open the oven door, slide the tray half way out, and carefully pour the batter into the muffin holes
  9. Close the door and cook for 15 minutes without opening the oven door
  10. Serve immediately
