Ingredients You'll Need
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 12 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Directions
- Whisk eggs, flour, and milk together really well in a bowl to make your batter
- Pour the batter into a serving jug or container you can easily pour the contents from
- Let batter sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before you use it
- Preheat oven to 450 F
- Turn your oven to the highest setting and place 12 cup muffin tray in the oven to heat up for 5 minutes
- Place 1 tbsp. of oil into each muffin hole and put the tray back into the oven
- Heat until oil is very hot and bubbling
- Open the oven door, slide the tray half way out, and carefully pour the batter into the muffin holes
- Close the door and cook for 15 minutes without opening the oven door
- Serve immediately
