Meridian Farm Market Maple Ridge – Update

The latest news on what’s next for our family business!

It’s been said before that there’s one thing that can be expected when you build something….  It will take longer than you planned.  This DEFINITELY rings true for our new Meridian Farm Market building at the corner of 227^th and Dewdney Trunk Road in Maple Ridge!  Despite good planning and the best intentions of our trusty general contractor, N. Wallace Contracting, our construction project has experienced many delays due to unforeseeable circumstances these past few months, which has pushed our completion schedule back from Fall.  However, there is good news…  We can now say with certainty, we will be opening this spring!

Meridian Farm Market Maple Ridge will be opening for business in May 2016.

Construction is moving at fast speed now.  In the coming weeks wall finishes, doors and equipment installations will take place, and the surrounding rock and rubble will be transformed into a spacious and easily accessible parking lot.  Upstairs, the office spaces are being constructed at the same pace, in fact, we hope to have our head office moved and operational on the second story in March sometime while the finishing details get completed on the main retail floor below. Many have enquired about the “For Lease” signs posted around the property – 2400 sqft of prime second story office space will be rented by a tenant (Still to be selected.  If interested, click here.)
