I was in the new store on Sunday to pick up steaks for dinner, I took a number as I did in the old store, got my meat, then went AND STOOD IN ANOTHER LINE FOR 30 MINUTES!! The fellow behind me in line had exactly the thoughts that I am passing on to you. I would stop at the old store a couple of times a week to pick up fresh meat for dinner, but there is no way that I will be stopping in to ” quickly grab something for dinner” at the new store. You should not have to wait in 2 lineups to get a couple of steaks when there are people ahead of you with full baskets of groceries. I want your fresh meat products but am not willing to take that much time on my way home to get it. In my opinion you will have to have a designated checkout for the meat department.
