Congratulations — you’ve cooked a yourself the perfect turkey! But what’s the best way to carve it?
There are a few different ways to carve a turkey, but for a quick and simple method, we thought who might know better than Martha Stewart?
Below is Martha’s simple technique for carving turkey in 4 easy steps.
Step 1
Cut between joint to separate thigh from drumstick. Both pieces can now be cut off the bone into slices.
Step 4
Slice breasts crosswise, skin side up, and arrange on a platter with dark meat and wings. Scoop stuffing from cavity.
