Grilled Corn on The Cob With Citrus & Paprika

 4 ears of corn
 2 tbsp virgin coconut oil
 smoked paprika, to taste
 1 lime, cut into wedges
 fresh cilantro, chopped
 sea salt, to taste
 black pepper, to taste

Heat grill over high until hot.

Pull back a few husks of each ear of corn.

Place corn directly on grill, cover, and cook for 15-20 minutes or until husks are charred on all sides, rotating occasionally

Remove and allow to cool.

Remove husks and silk from each ear of corn.

Use a pastry brush to spread coconut oil over each ear of corn.

Place corn on a serving platter and sprinkle with smoked paprika.

Spritz with lime juice, sprinkle with cilantro, and season with salt and pepper.
