Ingredients You'll Need
- 3 Pounds Meridian Pork Baby Back Ribs
- 8 Ounces Honey
- 1 Tsp. Paprika
- 1 Tsp. Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 Tsp. Seasoning Salt
- 1/4 Tsp. Celery Salt
- 1/2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp. Fresh Ground Pepper
- 1 Medium Onion, finely chopped
- 12 Ounces Meridian Chicken & Rib Sauce
- 1/4 Cup White Sugar
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a large roasting pan
- Cut ribs into smaller racks for easier serving (2-3 ribs per rack)
- Mix together marking sure to coat all the rubs with this semi-dry paste
- Spread ribs out evenly on the bottom of the pan
- Cover lightly with foil
- Bake at 325F for 3 hours, turning or stirring occasionally
- Finish the ribs under the broiler or transfer to a hot BBQ to caramlize the sauce
