½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
2 tbsp coconut oil (look for organic, virgin, cold-pressed)
12 strawberries
Preparation & Cooking Directions

Add coconut oil and chocolate chips in a heat-proof bowl and heat over a sauce pan containing simmering water

Stir until completely smooth and melted

Rinse and dry strawberries, leaving the stems on

Use your fingers or a skewer to dip strawberries, twirling the strawberry around in the melted chocolate to coat

Place dipped strawberries on wax-paper lined baking sheet and let dry

Dip each strawberry a second time (if desired) for a thicker chocolate coat

Let them sit to harden, or place in refrigerator to speed up the process, and enjoy!
