Quinoa is a high protein grain that is also gluten-free. This dish is easy & quick to make -- the perfect side dish to any meal!
Add olive oil to pan and saute onion and garlic for 3-4 min.
Add quinoa, stock, and salt to the pan and bring it to a boil.
Reduce the heat and cover.
Let simmer until liquid is absorbed, approx. 15 minutes. Serve warm.
