Super quick and easy recipe for those days when you need a good meal fast! Even the pickiest of eaters will enjoy this. If you are adventurous you can add your favourite herbs or spices!

Garlic chicken breast recipe

 4 Meridian Free Run, boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6-7 oz each)
 4 Garlic cloves, minced
 ¼ cup Brown Sugar
 1 tbsp Olive oil

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and line a cookie sheet with aluminium oil, spray foil with cooking spray for easier clean up.

In a small pan, sauce the garlic in the oil until it is tender.

Remove pan from heat and stir in brown sugar.

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add any spices or herbs you desire but simple is delicious too!!

Place chicken on cookie sheet and spread sugar mixture on top.

Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes until chicken is fully cooked reaching an internal temperature of 170F. Cooking time will vary depending on thickness of chicken as well as individual ovens.
