Citrus Grilled Tuna Steaks

Amazingly tender tuna marinated in soy-orange-garlic sauce. One easy summer dinner!

Ingredients List & Amounts
 4 (4 oz.) tuna steaks
 ¼ cup orange juice
 ¼ cup soy sauce
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
 1 garlic clove, minced
 ½ tsp fresh chopped oregano
 ½ tsp ground black pepper

In a large stainless steel dish, mix together orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, oregano, and pepper

Place tuna steaks in the marinade and turn to coat

Cove and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes

Preheat grill to high

Lightly oil grill grate and cook tuna steaks for 5 to 6 minutes

Turn to baste with the marinade

Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until desired doneness

Discard remaining marinade
