Blue Cheese Steak Burger with Balsamic Mayo Sauce

Top your steak burger the right way with crumbled blue cheese and balsamic vinegar mayo!

Ingredients List & Amounts
 4 Meridian Free Range Prime Rib Burgers
 4 Strips Meridian Double Smoked Bacon, cut in half
 8 tbsp Crumbled Blue Cheese
 Green Leaf Lettuce
 Red Onion, thinly sliced
 Butter
 ¼ cup Mayonnaise
 ¾ cup Balsamic Vinegar
 Salt and Pepper to taste
 4 Hamburger Buns

Preparation & Cooking Directions

Cook bacon until crispy, then set aside

Cook patty in fry pan or grill on medium heat 6-8 minutes per side

Add crumbled blue cheese to patty and top with slices of bacon and cook patty until fully cooked

While patty is cooking, butter the inside of the buns and lightly toast them face down in a separate skillet

Combine Mayonnaise and Balsamic Vinegar and season with salt and pepper

Place lettuce on bottom of bun, top with onion, then burger patty, blue cheese and bacon

Add 1 tbsp. balsamic mayo to the top bun and cover
